The Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal very often targets Prime Minister Narendra Modi in almost every issues of the country. The Aam Aadmi Party's national convenor Mr. Kejriwal has been in news for this habit of him. He even imposes his own inability of doing things on Modi. Even his supporters are now getting irritated. At the same time, Narendra Modi just ignores him every time.
Some similar glimpse has been seen at the Inter-State Council meeting. In this meeting, both the political rivals came face-to-face, they shook hands but didn't talk at all. As you can see in the video, PM Modi at least paid his attention and smiled to the other leaders during handshake but totally ignore the Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal.
